What is Scholé AI?
Scholé AI is a personalized learning platform built for the workplace. Instead of assigning everyone the same pre-recorded course, it generates a different lesson for every person on your team, adapting to what they do, what they already know, and what they need to learn next.
How it works
Each lesson is assembled on the fly from a library of 24 learning formats — explainer videos, audio for the commute, concept maps, flow diagrams, code exercises with checkers, drag-and-drop ordering, branching decision trees, free-text answers with grading, mini role-plays, and hands-on task checklists inside real tools like Excel, Notion, and PowerPoint. Scholé picks the right format for each part of a lesson rather than defaulting to a 47-minute video.
An AI assistant called Olé is grounded in your own documents, so learners can ask questions about their progress or the material and get answers tied to company context. Advanced lesson curation lets teams build lessons from their own knowledge base.
Built for teams
Scholé ties every lesson to the learner's actual tools and job function, so the connection to daily work is immediate. For HR and L&D, it surfaces completion rates, mastery levels, and adoption metrics that can be queried in natural language from day one. It integrates with existing LMS and HRIS systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors, acting as a personalization layer on top of what you already run.

The platform is grounded in 40+ peer-reviewed research papers on personalized learning, LLMs, and knowledge tracing, and was built by founders with 10+ years in the Machine Learning for Education Lab at EPFL.
