What is runevr?
runevr is a collaborative, agentic workspace built for creative teams — and built inside a working animation studio. Instead of stitching together a chat app, a screen recorder, a media review tool, a whiteboard, a file drive, and a video call service, runevr keeps every project in a single Room where conversations, files, boards, reviews, and history stay connected.
Core capabilities
- Boards — Live media review on a shared canvas. Video, 3D, PDFs, images, and audio sit on one board; comment on a single frame, a range, or the whole piece. Scrubbing is data-shared, so everyone stays frame-accurate and in sync.
- Reviews — Multi-layer approval workflows for teams that need structured sign-off.
- Chat — Smart multi-channel messaging that keeps discussion next to the work.
- Recordings — Screen and camera capture, shareable in a click.
- Drive — Built-in file storage and sharing with automatic version control.
- Calls — Calls that become collaboration: recorded as living data you can replay and click into, continuing from the exact board state.
- AI Agents — Agent-employees you brief like people. Aurora (manager) plans days, surfaces urgent work, and assigns tasks; Lan (concept artist) reads scripts and references, then returns sketches that fit the brief; Iris (scriptwriter) drafts and reshapes scripts using the project's full context.
Who it is for
runevr was made by creatives for creatives, but it fits any creative or production team: animation studios, film and video production, design agencies, marketing teams, and freelancers. A free plan is available for solo creators, with paid tiers adding agents, deeper review tools, and more team storage.
Why it matters
Creative teams commonly juggle nine or more tools, losing context across tabs and re-explaining briefs. runevr replaces that sprawl with one workspace where every part of the work shares the same context — so work never leaves the room it lives in.
