What InterviewWatch Is
InterviewWatch is a live interview integrity platform for hiring teams. A lightweight desktop agent runs on the candidate's machine for the length of the interview, with the candidate's consent, and watches only machine-level signals: AI assistant windows, hidden overlays, extra displays, clipboard activity, remote-access software, and virtual devices. It never records screen, audio, or video.
How It Works
- Run — The candidate consents and runs a lightweight agent that exits when the session ends. No personal data and no media are captured.
- Monitor — Integrity metadata is observed during the interview, with detections timestamped in real time and surfaced through a live risk score.
- Decide — Every session ends in a signed, tamper-evident report showing what was detected, when, how long it lasted, and how it affected the integrity score.
Detection Coverage
Fourteen detector classes cover AI assistants, always-on-top overlays, window focus changes, multiple monitors, clipboard captures from AI sources, remote-control tools, and virtual cameras. Signals are correlated across independent classes so a human reviewer still makes the final call.
Privacy by Design
InterviewWatch draws a clear line between integrity metadata and interview content. It does not touch files or code, does not record screen, audio, or video, does not read files or browser history, and does not log keystrokes or clipboard contents.
Getting Started
Add the InterviewWatch address to the meeting invite as an optional attendee. The candidate receives their own email with the download and a plain list of what is and is not observed. The signed report returns on the same thread after the interview. Works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and any calendar or ATS that can send an invite.
Pricing
A free tier includes five monitored interviews. The Standard plan is $29 per month plus $5 per monitored interview, charged on completion, with no seats, minimums, or contracts. Enterprise offers volume rates, custom retention and DPA, security review, and named support.
