Cherry Blossom
Cherry Blossom is an AI-first EDA platform that takes you from a plain-language prompt to a fab-ready PCB. Describe the board you want — for example, a 4-channel brushed motor driver with encoder feedback and current sensing — and the agent produces an editable schematic and PCB layout.
Key capabilities
- Prompt to PCB: Describe your board in natural language and get a real spec, schematic, and layout.
- Verification gate: Every AI edit is checked before you order a board, catching issues like missing decoupling caps or wrong footprints before DRC.
- One-click fabrication exports: Generate complete Gerbers and drill files, BOM with manufacturer and supplier numbers, and pick-and-place data with placement, rotation, and side.
- Direct ordering: Send your board straight to a PCBWay cart, quoted and ready, without leaving the editor.
Who it is for
Electrical engineers, hardware teams, students, and hobbyists who want to move from idea to fabrication faster. The agent is built to handle complex boards — power electronics, motor controllers, sensor nodes, and more — while keeping a human in the loop for review.
Why it stands out
Cherry Blossom is built by an AI agent company that set out to build an EDA tool, not the other way around. It reports 10k PCBs built and a 94% first-pass fab yield, with community boards spanning three-phase inverter interfaces, Bluetooth speakers, and other real designs.
