What is Campus?
Campus is a macOS-native workspace built around a single, persistent infinite canvas. Instead of juggling separate windows for terminals, browsers, notes, and docs, every tool becomes a tile you can pan, zoom, and arrange spatially — and the canvas remembers exactly where you left everything.
Key capabilities
- Real terminals, always on — Each terminal tile is a live PTY that keeps running and retains its scrollback across restarts.
- Anything is a tile — Webviews, files, git worktrees, docs, designs, media, and even embedded apps can be dropped onto the canvas.
- Agents as peers — Claude and Codex run as tiles and can drive real tiles through the campus CLI: moving tiles, typing prompts, and clicking webviews on your behalf.
- Multiplayer by default — Share a link and teammates join your canvas with live cursors and shared context. Agents join the same way.
- Local-first and hackable — A custom Flutter engine keeps state in plain files, and a full Dart SDK lets you define your own tiles, commands, and rendering.
Who it's for
Developers, designers, and product teams who want their tools, their teammates, and their AI agents working side by side on one shared surface rather than scattered across disconnected apps.
