Calendara: The Family Calendar That Fills Itself From a Photo
Calendara is an AI-powered family calendar app built for busy households. Instead of typing events one by one, you simply photograph any flyer, schedule, or handwritten note — and Calendara's AI reads the dates and details, then adds them to a shared, color-coded family calendar in seconds.
Key Features
- AI photo-to-calendar capture — snap a photo of a camp flyer, school schedule, or sticky note and every date lands on the calendar automatically.
- Color-coded by family member — everyone opens to the same week, with each person's events clearly distinguished.
- Two-way Google Calendar & Apple Calendar sync — events flow both ways, so plans show up where your family already looks.
- Shared lists & reminders — groceries, chores, and to-dos stay in one place for the whole family.
- Private by design — no ads, no third-party tracking, and encryption in transit and at rest.
- Unlimited family members — one subscription covers everyone, on every device.
Pricing
New families get a 7-day full-access preview. After that, Calendara is $4.99/mo or $39.99/yr — one subscription for the whole family, with the same features on both plans. No credit card is required to start.
Availability
Calendara is an iPhone app (iOS 15.1+) that also installs on iPad in iPhone-compatibility mode. It syncs two-way with Google Calendar and connects to Apple Calendar on iPhone.
The Point
When planning the week takes seconds instead of an evening, families get their time back — for beach Saturdays, trips, and everything that isn't logistics.
