What is Baylo?
Baylo is a family admin assistant that lives in the messaging apps your household already uses. Instead of juggling notes, calendars, and group chats, you simply text Baylo the way you would text a person — and it holds onto whatever needs remembering.
How it works
- Talk naturally: Send a message, a photo of a school letter, or forward an email. Baylo reads it and turns it into reminders, calendar events, or notes.
- Share with the family: Reminders and lists can be shared with everyone who needs them, or kept private to you.
- Sync both ways: Baylo connects with Google, Outlook, and Apple calendars so nothing lives in two places.
- Works where you are: WhatsApp, Telegram, the web, and phone apps are all supported. No one in the family has to install anything new.
What it takes off your plate
- Reminders and calendar — shared or personal, synced with your existing calendar.
- Meals — weekly dinner plans built around allergies and preferences, with a shopping list generated automatically.
- Notes and lists — shopping, packing, presents, anything the family adds to.
- Anything you send it — snap an invite, forward a PDF, and Baylo does the reading.
- Lookouts — Baylo watches a page (like a price drop or a swimming slot) and tells you when it changes.
- Summaries — daily, weekly, or monthly rundowns, with a printable PDF option for family who do not use Baylo.
Who it is for
Baylo is built for households where one person ends up holding all the unwritten tasks. It is free to use, requires no card, and nothing needs to be installed. Privacy is a core promise: your data is never sold and never used to train AI.
Start with one thing you are afraid of forgetting this week, and tell Baylo instead.
